Brief History

On Monday the 8th of October, 2007, The Defectors clan (TD) was created. It started with a small group of friends who played for but eventually rebelled against what is now one of our rival clans; ‘Souls In Exile’ (=s!x=).

A founding member of TD was subject to unfair dismissal from =s!x= and a friend chose to question the authority of his superiors after ReeVo, who is a great friend of the TD to this day, was kicked from =s!x= because Davethegreat imposed a question to the leaders of =s!x=. ReeVo was kicked from the clan instead of having his administrator status revoked.

Many members then followed with idea of setting up a new clan where a democratic process would ensure that nothing like they had experienced could happen again. This obviously dissapointed many members of =s!x= as it would to any online community, but three servers were rightly taken with them and the clan had a base of operations in which to become more skilled and where potential new members and guests could play without problems.

So here we are today, over 35 clan members strong. Men, Women and Teenagers - Ready to PWN...

A Few Question and Answers

- What is TD?
TD are a clan in the source comminity. We play and hope to have servers in many Steam Games.

- Where/How can I do to apply?
Apply on the forums after reading the how to join section.

- Where can I post a complaint?
On the forums, according to the specific server. Please only post a complaint if something serious is happening like hacking/mic spamming/Abusive or Racist comments. We Allow camping and teaming on our servers so please do not post about that.

- Who are our leaders?
Our leaders are the Government of TD, the Government members can be found on the Clan Member list.

- How can I help?
Play safe, Respect clan members and rules. Remember to be active on the forums, opinions are valued. If possible, donate as often as you can to keep us on our feet - we run the server for everyone’s enjoyment.
